The desk
Keen Harvest Analytics Co., Ltd. was established in 2013. The registered desk is still at 31/5 Seri Thai Road, Khlong Kum, Bueng Kum, Bangkok 10240.
Suda Prasert kept the stock book at her uncle's fastener counter in Khlong Kum. After the 2011 floods the cards and the tins disagreed for months, and she started drawing the room so the family could see both. Shops on the same soi asked for the same drawing. In 2013 she registered Keen Harvest Analytics Co., Ltd. so the work had a name, a desk, and a proper invoice.
Kiet Thongchai joined in 2016 to draw the maps in the studio instead of on the counter between customers. Ploy Rattanapong joined in 2019 for second-day counts, after keeping a rice-and-oil room on Nawamin Road. The three of them still take the visits themselves. There is no separate sales desk.
We read Thai and English. We count with the shop open unless you ask for a before-hours pass and the shutter can be raised. Drawings are prepared for the owner who commissioned them. A sister shop does not receive the pages unless that sister shop is named in a branch ledger.
The values are ordinary ones for a family counter: write down what is there, keep the festival box separate, and do not restack a room to make it photograph well. Fees and the deposit are on the fees page.
Principal, counts and sittings
Suda kept the stock book at her uncle's fastener counter in Khlong Kum, including the months after the 2011 floods when the back room and the card disagreed on almost every bin. Neighbouring shops started asking for the same drawn account. She registered the company in 2013 and still leads every sitting.
Draws the maps in the studio
Kiet joined in 2016 from a print shop on Ramkhamhaeng Road, where he had been laying out school books. He draws the shelf maps and the paired branch pages at the Seri Thai studio. He does not count the floor unless a visit needs a second pair of hands.
Second-day and seasonal counts
Ploy came in 2019 after keeping the rice-and-oil room for a grocery on Nawamin Road. She takes the second visit of a stockroom reading and most seasonal shelf studies, especially when the first day was a delivery morning and the room needs a quieter pass.
