Terms of engagement

Acceptance

You accept these terms when you pay the deposit or, if a file has no deposit, when you confirm the hour in writing. A note sent through the website is an enquiry. It becomes a commission only when we confirm the scope and the fee by email.

The work

The scope is the one written in that email: the shop or shops, the product family if the file is seasonal, the visits, the drawings, and the sitting. Work outside that email is a new quote. We count and draw. We do not place supplier orders, keep your counter, or prepare a filing for the Revenue Department.

Your part

You arrange for the back room to be opened and you tell us about hazards, including a leaning stack or a shutter that a truck blocks. Papers you send should be ones you have the right to share. If a figure in an invoice is wrong, tell us at the draft stage. We correct facts. We do not rewrite a count to match a card that the room contradicts.

Intellectual property

The bound copies and the PDF are prepared for the commissioning shop. You may keep them, show them to your buyer, and use the quantities in your own orders. You may not sell the drawings, publish them as a template, or remove our name and present the method as a product for other firms. Our notebooks, draft maps, and the way the pages are structured stay with Keen Harvest Analytics Co., Ltd. Your stock cards, invoices, and shop name remain yours. We do not claim them.

Liability

The drawings record what was counted on the visit days. A quantity can change the same afternoon a delivery arrives. We are not liable for a later reorder, a supplier dispute, or a loss of trade that you connect to a decision made after the sitting. If we miss a bay that was unlocked and in the agreed scope, we will recount that bay without a new fee. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited.

Fees

Fees are in Thai baht, as quoted. The deposit and the remainder are described on the fees page and in the confirmation email. Late payment of the remainder delays release of the second bound copy. The first copy may be held at the desk until the remainder is received.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have as a consumer under Thai law. The business address is 31/5 Seri Thai Road, Khlong Kum, Bueng Kum, Bangkok 10240.
