Count day
From the shutter to the sitting, without closing the shop.
Owners ask what their staff will see. This is the sequence of a stockroom reading. A seasonal visit is shorter and stays inside one family of goods.
Arrival
We come at the hour you named. The person who can open the back room should be there, even if they leave after the first half hour. We bring pencils, a blank book, and a cloth measure. We do not bring a crew, and we do not ask customers to wait outside.
The floor
The facing is counted as a customer would meet it, then checked from the side so a pushed-together rail cannot hide a gap. Staff may keep selling from a bay we have finished. If a bay is mid-sale, we mark it and return.
The back room
Opened cartons, returns, samples, and the festival reserve are counted apart from the facing. We do not restack. If a pile is leaning toward a door, we stop and tell you before anyone climbs it.
The second day
We return on a different rhythm: a delivery morning if the first day was quiet, or a quiet afternoon if the first day was the truck. The point is to see which quantities were a moment and which ones stayed.
Studio, then the sitting
Kiet draws the maps at 31/5 Seri Thai Road, Khlong Kum, Bueng Kum, Bangkok 10240. The sitting is about ninety minutes, in the shop after close or at that desk. You leave with the bound copies. The next step, if you want one, is a buying evening with the list you were about to send.
