Data controller

What we hold

From the form or an email: your name, email address, the reading you asked about, a preferred day, a short shop note, and your message. From a commission: the shop address, the name of the person who opens the back room, invoices or stock cards you choose to send, and the drawings we prepare. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website. Deposits are arranged by invoice and bank transfer, and the bank holds the payment record.

Why we hold it

We use the enquiry to reply and to quote. We use commission papers to count, draw, and sit with you. We keep accounting records because Thai law expects them. Visit marks in the browser, if you accept them, tell us that a page was opened. They are not tied to your name.

Retention

Enquiry emails that do not become a commission are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. A commissioned file, including the drawings and the papers you sent, is kept for five years so we can answer a question about that sitting, unless you ask us to return or destroy the shop papers sooner. The accounting record of the invoice may be kept longer where revenue law requires it. Cookie choices follow the durations in the cookies notice.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask us to delete enquiry data we no longer need, or object to a use that is not required for the contract or the law. Write to hello@keenharvest.click. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee.

International transfers

The desk and the paper files stay in Bangkok. Email you send may pass through servers outside Thailand if your own email provider stores mail abroad. Fonts on this website are requested from Google, which may process a connection from your browser outside Thailand. We do not sell personal data and we do not send shop papers to a foreign office of our own. We have no foreign office.

Sharing

We share papers with a staff member only when that person is drawing or counting your file. We share data with a bank when you pay an invoice, and with a public authority if the law requires a disclosure. A sister shop does not receive your drawings unless you commissioned a branch ledger that names that shop.
